Ref: Wrong amount debited from account
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a credit card holder of your bank. The serial number of the card is AC 284601
I had received the bill of my transaction done in the time period of the past two months.
To my surprise the amount of $1200 has been debited from my account. For the past two months i.e. April and May 2010 I have not made any transactions from my account with the credit card. I have a complete record of the transaction that I have done during this time period. These I am enclosing with my letter.
I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
Janet Jones
