Follow Up after a Quote Letter

Follow up letter is a key element in getting a new business. Whenever you sent a quote you should follow up with the client to know if he need more information before fixing a deal with you. A follow up letter thus gives an impression of your interest in the client and he gives a serious thought to your proposal.
