Common Farewell Letter

A farewell letter is written to the entire staff which has support the writer in the entire performance of the branch. The letter also thanks all of them present for all their cooperation. This letter is written when someone is promoted to a better position by the company and has attained a transfer.

Dear All,

With great pleasure I would like to inform you that I have been promoted from a senior Sales Manager to Area Sales Manager. I will be transferred to the head office which is situated at Noida in the coming month.

It was a great pleasure working with you all. Thank you all for all your support and coordination. You all have helped me to attain perfection in all the work and it’s been nice being with you all. I do remember the times when you all had to perform as per my instructions and you all did have a tough time in my presence.

Once again I am grateful to all of you once and all present here and for all your cooperation. I wish you all a good luck for your coming years and may god bless you all for all your support.
