Untold tragedy in a person’s life sometimes creates a great problem. Credit Repair letter is from a person who due to one such problem was unable to pay the creditors.

Ref: Nonpayment of the installments towards the credited amount
Dear Sir,
In reference to the letter received by me from your company dated 29th May, I acknowledge that I do owe your Company $15,000. I do have all intentions of paying the company the amount mentioned.
But it would not be possible for me to pay the installments that were agreed upon. The reason is that for the past 4 months I have been looking after my terminally ill wife who was in the hospital. She is now no more and since I had to spend a lot on her treatment, it will take me some time to improve my financial condition.
I therefore request you to kindly cut down the amount to be paid monthly from $120 to $50, for 3 months. I shall then be in a condition to resume my monthly payments of $120.
