Resident Welcome Letter

A resident welcome letter is written by a resident of a colony to a family or individual who has moved in recently. The tone of the letter should be formal yet warm and the person writing the letter should furnish information regarding the facilities and other relevant matters in brief. The sender should welcome the new occupants on behalf of other members of the colony. The sender should invite them to a particular venue for a chance to get introduced to the other families.

Here are some useful tips to write a wedding congratulations letter:

  1. Start the letter by welcoming the new resident/residents into the colony and wish them a happy stay.
  2. Give them information about various facilities available in your society and other relevant information as well.
  3. Extend an invitation to them specifying the date, venue and time wherein they can meet other residents.
  4. End by furnishing your contact details for any assistance and wish them a happy stay.
