An eviction notice simply implies that a tenant is being asked by the landlord to vacate premises he or she has been occupying. It can also be considered as a formal document which is stating that the tenant will be removed from the property he/she has rented by the landlord.

Eviction notices are generally issued by landlords of property to their tenants for reasons such as delayed rents, using the property for purposes not defined in the agreement, and regularly being in contravention of the agreed terms and conditions.
Eviction notices are recognized by the laws and when provided in the appropriate manner it can keep the landlord away from stressful situations. It is considered as an inoffensive method of dealing with complex situations.
Everyone can prepare an eviction notice if he or she has basic knowledge of the English language and has full details of the property and the tenant who is occupying the same.

Example of Eviction Notice 3
All eviction notices do not have to be a demand for action because some can even be requests by the landlord to the tenant to vacate the property for other reasons. Given below is an example of a landlord making a request to the tenant to handover possession of the property while at the same time making a mention that an eviction notice will be handed over if the tenant fails to act to the demand being made.
From: [Name of Landlord And His Address And Telephone Number.

Kindly consider this as my final request for possession of the apartment mentioned. If you fail to vacate the property within the period I will have no option but to begin eviction proceedings against you. While asking for your cooperation I would like to state that you have been an exemplary tenant who I would welcome in my apartments in the future.

[name of the landlord with address and telephone number].
As it can clearly be noticed an eviction notice can also be drafted in the form of a request without compromising or changing the overall meaning of the letter to make it clear that the landlord means business.
