Subject: Sales Inquiry

Dear [Ms/Mrs./Mr. Last name],

The finance department would want to know the sales of the last month. A per the reports you submitted last month, I would want to tell you that it is incomplete and the same issue had been forwarded to you but did not get any reply. Also, it would be great if you could re-check the statistics before submission of the full report so that there are no delays in the future.

Also, send in the revised salary structure of Mr Poojan Sheth from your team so that we can make the necessary changes in our system as well.

Kindly revert to us with the completed report and the salary details of the team member so that we can act upon before DD/MM/YYYY. Also, we have a deadline to meet, so request you to send in at the earliest.

If there is any question related to the email, kindly revert instantly on the same email address with a subject: Urgent.

Thank you

Yours sincerely,

John Smith

Dear Jonathan,
I am writing this letter to you to know about the total sales report of the product A of the last month and also the report of the sales conference that we conducted on DD/MM/YYYY.

As per our reports, the total sales of the product A is 12,000 pieces, but according to the one that you sent, it is 13,490. Since we have a deadline to meet, it would be great if you could send in the details at the earliest so that we can work on it.

The report of the sales conference will help us know whether it proved to be fruitful for the company or not. If you have any question regarding these topics, kindly email at the earliest.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,
Samantha Christian.
