Employment Agreement Letter

Employment agreement letter is drafted to give employment assurance to a person who has been qualified for that particular job or vacancy by the stipulated test, interview or any such stages of recommendation and examination for that matter. The candidate becomes an employee in the firm normally after obtaining the employment agreement letter. The letter should specify aspects such as the salary, the employment period, if they are a part of the permanent staff, the salary plus benefits the employee is going to get an allied factors must also be specifically mentioned.

This letter is addressed to employees who have been selected and to join a company after accepting the agreement made between the company the employee. The company’s higher authorities will write this letter stating all rules and regulations which are to be followed by the employee after joining the company. If the employee accepts all rules and regulations, then they have to sign the agreement letter copy and look forward to joining the company as and when required by them.
