The agreement letters are mainly prepared in the context of renting out or leasing a property. They can be used for other purposes as well. Generally, a letter of agreement is written among customers & vendors, consultants & clients, employers, employees, etc. and it falls under the category of business letters. It is important to remember while drafting an agreement letter to make the terms and conditions clear so that there will not be any space for doubts.

When you decide to agree to any product sale, you can earn a reasonable profit through a very simple process. You have to write a formal document that contains all the basic information regarding the sales, for example, transfer of ownership. An agreement letter for selling a product can be typed or written on a paper and must be signed by both parties to make it legal. The agreement should lay out the terms and conditions of the sale including all the information regarding the type of product involved and the mode of payment acceptable to the seller.

Subject: Format for Agreement Letter Example.

Respected Sir/Madam,

It is to rent out my house for the concerned party for one year. The monthly rent as per agreement is Rs 3000 per month with a three months advance payment of Rs 9,000 which should be handed over to me as the owner of the house before 10th of every month starting from the ensuing month of December 2010.

The rent will be exclusive of the electricity, water, and other maintenance charge and it is at this moment clearly stated that you must meet all these from your pocket.

The contract is initially for 11 months and the extension of which will be decided by the interests of both parties concerned. Each of the parties is at liberty to terminate the contract after a three month’s notice to the respective party.
