The owner of any land sends lease termination letter. This kind of letter is received by the tenant. Through this kind of letter, the lease contract terminates between the two parties. It can be because of any reason. The owner wants new tenants, delay in rent payments, ill behavior or other problems may become the reason for termination.   • One should adopt the means of clear factual writing. He just needs to say what is required. If the intent is to vacate the property on a specified date, then that should be clearly mentioned in the letter.
  • The letter should be very much clear and not ramble on so that it does not leave any questions in the landlord’s mind. The intent should be made clear.
  • A person should be careful of the details that he is providing.
  • The landlord would be verifying a few things, like the date on which the letter was written, the intended moving date, specifications of the lease and other details.
