Dear _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _,
I am extremely pleased to hear that you have planned a trip to Kerala (South India) with your family. It’s GOD’s own country. I would love to wish you and your family a very pleasant journey. You must be startled to know that I have already visited the tranquil beauty. The scenic beauty, lush greenery, calm beaches, houseboats, coconut trees, kanjivaram sarees, culture, food festival, etc. all is too amazing.
As you are all not associated with any tours & travels, you may get a chance to stay at few places for more days especially Munnar. I would like to brief you up with few places where we visited so you may have an idea in which all places you need to invest your time. As you are visiting in the month of October, it’s one of the best times when you should visit God’s own country (Kerala).
We started from Ernakulum – visited KAMCO factory there and traveled in houseboat. Then we moved on to Periyaar and Thekkaddy where we traveled to a lake which is full of leaves and the boat cuts through the path. At the same place one of the seasons of Roadies was also shot. Our next visit was to Munnar – the heaven. It’s the most serene place and one of the best places to visit for vacation. Here visited the Spice Garden, local market, tea factory, beaches, etc.
May be you should also hire a guide to help you further with all the places. Don’t miss on the specialty of the south; dosas, idli, rasam, bisibele bhath, homemade chocolates, nariyal paani, etc. From the bottom of my heart I wish you a very happy journey.
