Last Updated On August 11, 2018 By Letter Writing Leave a Comment

A letter of disqualification of employment is a formal letter written by an official of a company to someone who had applied for a position in the company, informing him that he couldn’t receive the position because he didn’t suit the company’s requirements. Such letters are formal letters and are slightly different from employment rejection letter. Employment rejection letters are letters written because the person did not suit the job. However, disqualification of employment occurs when the initial credentials, that is, the education of the person, is not sufficient.

Being employed is very important as it is mean to earn money which is used to sustain life. Sometimes companies lay down the criteria for hiring people for a particular position. This criterion usually focuses on education or experience of the candidate interested in the job. The company lays down this criteria as per the needs of the company. Sometimes the candidate doesn’t meet the required criteria and is disqualified. The criteria can be the education of the person, the type of degree he has- diploma or degree or the minimum experience the company wants for the job. This leads to disqualifying of the candidate.
