Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

This letter is being written to inform you, as per our meeting last Sunday; it has been decided upon that both of our firms are going for a merger. This will be a great opportunity for the both of us, and so I do not want to make any mistakes with it. My employees have taken out their precious time to form this intent wherein I am mentioning the detailed the terms and conditions of work, together as a firm. If there is anything that you wish to include or exclude, do not hesitate to let us know. You can call our merger team on ********* during the working hours or email us to at nobody123@gmail.com (we prefer an email to avoid confusions in the future).

I hope you look forward to this merger as much as I do. I will be waiting for your reply.
