Contract Proposal Acceptance Letter

Last Updated On September 6, 2018 By Letter Writing

Acceptance of a contract is an agreement between two parties wherein, they give their free consent and agree on a mutual conclusion. A contract binds the two parties to follow whatever has been proposed. A contract is always a formal deed and thus the communication related to it should be formal too. An acceptance is letter is written to accept whatever has been proposed formally. A proposal is an idea, that has been put up, and a contract proposal acceptance letter is written to agree to the idea given.

Since it is a formal letter, it should be written politely. Accepting and declining proposals is a day to day job in a business scenario. It is almost every day where a manager has to take a decision and communicate the same to his employees. One cannot sit back and wait for communicating only face to face. These letters or emails are an effective way of conveying whatever has been chosen. Writing this letter is as easy as writing a business letter as it is a type of that only. An acceptance letter is written to actually formalize the deal or the deed that has been proposed by the other party.
