In the case when a person fails to give his full dedication to his/her job in a particular company or job sector and serving to be of no outputs for the company, the company needs to take harsh decisions like terminating the job of the person and appoint an efficient worker for the respective post. A prior notice is provided to the person regarding the faults occurring due to him/her in the work fields along with the date of termination of the job.

And hence, in this case, a termination letter is written by the head of the company or may be the HOD, addressing to the person. All the details should be mentioned clearly and properly in the letter. The letter should have a professional tone towards the reader. It should not make the reader feel negative and bad about him/her, should indicate a positive perspective towards life. All the details of termination should be mention clearly and in detail.
