Introduction Letter To Client

Last Updated On January 3, 2017 By Letter Writing Leave a Comment

An introduction letter to a client is a formal letter written to introduce oneself to a frequent client, customer or consumer of a company or store. Such letters are usually written by people who are new employees of the company and who wish to establish a rapport or a good customer-salesman kind of relationship with the consumer.

Introduction letters to clients are usually short letters that contain about three small paragraphs. They contain the new employee’s details, some description of his qualifications, and the assurance that the new employee’s service will only prove to be beneficial and helpful to the customer.

Use the following sample letter and tips to introducing yourself or your new business to clients.

Introduction Letter To Client Writing Tips:

  1. Always be courteous and polite. Acknowledge your partial inexperience in the store [since you’re new], but assure the customer at the same time that your prior experiences and knowledge will help you find a firm footing in the company soon.
  2. Mention any changes that are going to be implemented with your employment. Mention any difference in rules and regulations or policy.
  3. Assure the customer that he or she can come forward with any of their feedback, complaints or problems and you will be there to help them out.
