Resignation Thank You Letter

This is a follow-up letter to the resignation letter submitted by the leaving employee, to indicate closure. Usually, the resigning employee expresses gratitude for everything, one last time before leaving the company. A resignation letter is written to the employer to formally and officially let him know that you are leaving. It can help you maintain a good relation even after leaving the company which can be fruitful for you in the future.  Such a letter helps in the maintenance of cordial relations even after leaving.

A proper resignation letter must include the following such as the statement that clearly says that you wish to resign, the last day at work, a short explanation of why you are leaving. Make certain that the letter is addressed to the right authorized person. In this letter it’s primarily about thanks, giving, it correlates like thanking your boss, your employees, colleagues.
