A resignation letter is a formal announcement of an employee’s resignation from an organisation. A resignation letter is mandatory when someone is resigning. The reason behind resignation can be anything like relocation, enrolling for higher education, wants a better salary or promotion in another company. Today, most people change jobs when they get a better opportunity somewhere else. Resigning from your work doesn’t mean you do not have a cordial relation with your company anymore. Make sure you maintain ood relations with the company and its employees. 

The resignation letter you write should be formal and the tone should be kind. It should clearly mention the reasons of resignation. Do not forget to thank the employer for wonderfful opportunity that make you learn a lot and progress in life.
