Holiday Complaint letter

A holiday complaint letter is usually written by a customer to the holiday service provider to complain against poor quality of service. This could be written during the course of stay in a holiday or lodged after returning from a holiday.

  • Begin by mentioning that you want to lodge complaint against a service.
  • Briefly explain inconvenience caused and give details of your holiday dates, duration of stay and so on as planned.
  • Mention that you are agitated by the team’s mismanagement, lodge a complaint and ask for a reply on action taken or compensation you expect.

Instead, we were offered two single-room accommodations. I had to stay in another hotel since I did not want to cancel my reservations and had to bear unforeseen expenditure.

I am disturbed by your team’s mismanagement and insensitivity and would like to lodge a formal complaint. I request your office to take immediate action and compensate me with the lodging expenses I incurred and for the inconvenience caused.
