Writing the Letter of Appreciation

The letter of appreciation is written to show your deep gratitude towards the hard work done. The letter should be drafted in a very simple way. No harsh words or words reflecting negativity should be shown. And it should always end with lots of good wishes and more success in the near future to come. To appreciate means to accept that yes your hard work done is worth of being rewarded of appreciated with two words of appreciation.

Subject: Writing the letter of appreciation.

Dear Dorothy,

The two illustrations which show appreciation being showered “Very Good. You have done a great job” or “Thank you sir for the help”.

People who care about us are always doing little random acts of kindness for our benefit. Sadly, in the pressure of the “busyness” of life, we often fail to take the time to properly thank them. Writing a well-drafted letter of appreciation is one way to assure that our friends and acquaintances know that we appreciate the many ways in which they enrich our life. An appreciation letter should strengthen personal and business relationships. It should be in a praising form for the employees who had shown outstanding performance and contribution.

Yours Truly,
Travis H. Card.
