Creative Book Club
I have ordered a pack of encyclopedia from Creative Book Club and got the confirmation for the same on January 14th, 2010. When I made my order I was told to get the free gifts. It was clearly mentioned in the order confirmation that with the pack of 3 encyclopedia DVDs I will get a travel bag, a holiday package for 2 day and a diamond jewelry gift voucher of Rs. 5000. The order was delivered to me on January 21st, 2010 and I cleared the bill on the delivery of the package but I did not receive any gift with it. When I inquired about it I was told to get it within 7 days but so far I did not receive any gift. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
My order no is M-COMMERCE/0GA090071143.
I am looking for your response.
