Dear, Mr. William

My name is Frank A. Coates I am a student of Third Year Bachelor’s of Science from St. Martin’s college of Medical in London-Gatwick. After one month our annual examination is going to be held on 1st November, 2010. All students who are opting for this examination have got their hall tickets from the college authorities on the last date of college that is 31st August, 2010. But my hall ticket was not present with the college authorities and they made a justification that they have not received from the university itself. Hence I am making an appeal to you that please issue my hall ticket as soon as possible because the time remaining for examination to be held is very less. My college Roll No: 0137862 will help you to get my details.

Yours Sincerely,

Mr. Frank A. Coates
