I will like to inform your that my earlier letters in this regard has not been responded by the department. Letters dated ______________and ____________ were not obliged. No census was conducted on my family and neither there was any response when contacted in nearest metropolitan office.
My family has 4 members and 3 eligible members for issue of voting cards. The respective identity proof along with the copy of earlier letters sent in this regard is being attached with this letters.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible and issue us a voter identity card, which is mandatory as per new rules.
