Permission Giving Letter

Last Updated On September 6, 2018 By Letter Writing

A permission giving letter is written by a higher authority to give permission to the receiver. It is written in response to the permission-seeking letter written by students, employee, etc. It is a formal letter and grants permission to the question asked to the sender. It has to be polite since it is a formal letter. One can also remind the receiver of all the responsibilities that the receiver has once he/ she is granted the permission by the sender.

A permission giving letter is of many types. It can be written by a teacher to his/ her student, by a parent to his/ her child, an employee to his/ her employee that is by anyone who has higher authority. After granting the permission, you can remind the receiver of the rules that he/ she is expected to follow. Though this letter is granting permission to the receiver, some letters don’t give permissions.
